Where can I buy MR MARVIS products?

MR MARVIS products are only available online via our webshop, in our flagship store: P.C. Hooftstraat 21, 1071 BL Amsterdam, and in our pop-up store: Schuttershofstraat 42 2000 Antwerp.

What type of material do MR MARVIS products consist of?

Our shorts

The Originals are made of a high-quality, Oeko-Tex certified, cotton twill with an unmatched soft finish. We added 2% elastane which makes The Originals extremely comfortable to wear.

The Piqués are made of high-quality 100% organic cotton.

The Seersuckers are made of high-quality 100% organic GOTS certified cotton. The striped, textured fabric is smart, lightweight, comfortable and breezy.

The Short Easies are made of a high-quality sustainable knitted fabric made from GOTS-certified organic cotton (73%), polyamide (17%) and elastane (10%).

The Linens are made of a 70% organic cotton, 28% linen blend. We added 2% elastane which makes The Linens extremely comfortable to wear.

The Swims are made of high-quality quick-drying polyester (prints) or polyamide (uni colours) twill with a soft feel.

The Seersucker Swims are made of a high-quality 4-way stretch fabric, consisting of recycled polyamide (36%), organic cotton (31%), polyester (27%) and elastane (6%). The combination of quick dry and stretch is simply unique.

The Sports are made from super soft, thin, quick-drying fabric made out of 88% recycled plastic bottles. We added 12% elastane to the 4-way stretch fabric which makes The Sports extremely comfortable to wear.

The Juniors are made of a high-quality, Oeko-Tex certified, cotton twill. We added 3% elastane which makes JR MARVIS shorts extremely comfortable to wear.

Our trousers

The Cords are made of 98% GOTS certified organic cotton and 2% elastane which makes them extremely comfortable to wear. For The Cords we found the perfect ribbed corduroy fabric at Marzotto - refined Italian textiles since 1836.

The Coolerdays are made of a heavy high-quality, GOTS certified, cotton twill with an unmatched soft finish. We added 3% elastane which makes The Coolerdays extremely comfortable to wear.

The Easies are made of a high-quality sustainable knitted fabric made from GOTS-certified organic cotton (73%), polyamide (17%) and elastane (10%).

The Flannels are made of a high-quality cotton twill with 3% elastane. The soft woven GOTS-certified fabric is slightly milled and raised, which gives The Flannels a soft and warm feel.

The Longs are made of a high-quality, Oeko-Tex certified, cotton twill with an unmatched soft finish. We added 3% elastane which makes The Longs extremely comfortable to wear.

Where are the products produced?

All MR MARVIS garments are designed in Amsterdam & ethically made in Portugal.

What is the best way to clean MR MARVIS products?

MR MARVIS products should be machine washed at a cold temperature (max 30°C). Please don't tumble-dry. 

The Flannels: To maintain the ultimate fit and grand look, do not machine wash The Flannels. Dry clean them instead.

The colour of MR MARVIS textiles is designed to fade over time; this gives them a unique look.

How much do MR MARVIS products cost?

MR MARVIS’ shorts start at € 69. All of our shorts are handmade in Portugal, solely using the the finest quality materials. This way, we can guarantee a premium product that will last for years.

When does MR MARVIS release new colours and prints?

The colours that we have right now will never leave, that's a promise. But every year, we add new colours too! Sign up in the footer below for our email list to receive priority updates on launch timing of new colours and prints.

What are the shipping costs?

FREE SHIPPING: All orders shipping to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, metropolitan France, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain and United States (on us.mrmarvis.com), as well as orders from €200 or higher shipping to Rest of Europe, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

€9 shipping costs: Orders below €200 shipping to Rest of Europe, United Kingdom and Switzerland.

€19 shipping costs: Canada, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Holy See (Vatican City State), Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Portugal (Azores), Portugal (Madeira), Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine.

€39 shipping costs: All other countries.

Please note:

Free exchanges & returns for orders within The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, metropolitan France, Austria, Denmark, Italy, Spain and The United Kingdom (excluding the islands).

For orders sent outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply to the order. Any import duties and taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

What is your delivery time?

Parcels will be handed over to the carrier within 24 hours.

These delivery times were updated on April 11th, 2022.

NL: Orders on Sun – Fri before 23:00h will be delivered the next day.

BE: Orders will be delivered within 1 business day.

DE: Orders will be delivered within 1-3 business days.

FR: Orders will be delivered within 3 business days.

UK: Orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

DK: Orders will be delivered within 4 business days.

AT: Orders will be delivered within 4 business days.

CH: Orders will be delivered within 4-7 business days.

ES: Orders will be delivered within 7 business days.

IT: Orders will be delivered within 7 business days.

Other EU countries: Orders will be delivered within 9 business days.

Outside EU: Orders will be delivered within 9 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so that you can track the shipment of your new pair of MR MARVIS.

Has my order been shipped?

When we ship your order you'll receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail which includes a Track & Trace number. This can be used to track delivery of your item(s). 

What is your returns & exchanges policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product(s), you can return or exchange them within 100 days. Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Denmark, Italy and the United Kingdom, we offer free returns/exchanges.

How can I exchange or return my order?

It’s simple to return or exchange your products. All exchanges/returns start by submitting them online first. Just start by entering your order number on the exchanges & returns page and the rest of the instructions will follow. Within The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom, returns/exchanges are free.

I've returned my order to MR MARVIS. What happens next?

As soon as we receive your package, we'll send you a confirmation email. Unless you requested an exchange, we'll refund the money on the account used when placing the order within 14 days of receiving your request.

ORDERS
What is the current status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging into your MR MARVIS account on our website. Once the order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace number, through which you can track when your order will arrive.

Can I still change my order?

Once your order is placed, we will immediately start with fulfilling it in order to provide you with the fastest delivery time possible. Therefore, your order cannot be changed once it is placed.

PAYMENTS
How long does it take to obtain a refund?

Within 14 days after we received the returned item(s), we will transfer the payment corresponding to the returned item(s) back to you.

Which payment methods do you accept?

MR MARVIS accepts iDEAL, PayPal, and a range of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

WARRANTY
What are the terms and conditions to return one of my MR MARVIS products?

You can try out our product(s) as far as necessary to make a purchase, like you would do in an actual shop. Returns because of the wrong fit or color need to be submitted in our customized return app within 100 days after receiving the products. The returned products need to be in new condition with tags attached.

Please note that this is only applicable on products directly bought from MR MARVIS.

Does MR MARVIS offer a repair service?

MR MARVIS believes in the quality of its products, they’re made to last long. If your MR MARVIS product needs to get some extra attention after a while we gladly help you out. For damaged products (excluding decolorations and pilling) MR MARVIS offers a repair service to get your product(s) back in the shape they intend to be.

To what extent can I make use of the MR MARVIS repair service?

Repairing is always better than not using your MR MARVIS product anymore. Therefore, MR MARVIS offers repair services for its customers. Based on the issue and the age of the product we want to find an appropriate solution.

How long will it take to receive my repaired product back again?

Once delivered to our HQ, we do our best to process repair items within 5 business days and shipped back to you right after being repaired.
